Do you offer traditional pleated ribbons? At this time we do not offer that style.
Can you recreate a ribbon I saw from another creator with a long waitlist? We deeply respect the creations of fellow artists and do not replicate their designs. However, we would be delighted to craft something inspired by your vision, rather than a direct copy.
What shipping carriers do you use? We mainly ship through USPS and UPS.
Do you offer local delivery? We provide local delivery within a 50-mile radius of Lawrence, Kansas.
Is there a minimum order requirement? Not at all! We’re happy to accommodate any order, large or small.
Is there a setup fee for printing? We utilize Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) & Digital Film Transfer (DFT) instead of traditional Hot Foil Stamping, so there is no setup fee.
I recently won your ribbon at an event, but it’s damaged (my puppy chewed it, it got wet, or it’s wrinkled). Can I get a new one? We understand that accidents happen. However, unless there is a craftsmanship error, we cannot replace the ribbon. You are welcome to place a new order.
